REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at hello@clifftocove.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on where to ship the item.
Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

RETURNS FOR BRAND-PARTNER PRODUCTS
Some items in our store are shipped directly from our partner brands. For these products, returns are handled by the original supplier and may be routed to a different return address. The supplier's return policy and timeframes apply to those items.
When you contact us at hello@clifftocove.com, we'll confirm the correct return process and address for your specific order.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@clifftocove.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Photos of the issue help us process your claim faster.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or compressed gases (including fuel canisters)
- Perishable goods
If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies, contact us before purchasing or returning.
EXCHANGES
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@clifftocove.com.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in line with EU consumer protection law. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
