How fast does it set up?
Under 5 seconds. Unclip the carry bag, pull the tent out, toss it on the ground. The pre-bent poles spring it open automatically. Stake it down and you are done in about a minute.
What does UPF50+ actually do?
UPF50+ is the highest sun-protection rating fabric can reach. It blocks at least 98 percent of UV rays. In a tent, that means the inside stays noticeably cooler in direct sun and you avoid the greenhouse effect of cheap tent fabric. Useful for desert camping, beach trips, and any site with no tree shade.
Why two doors?
Cross-ventilation when both are open, and nobody has to climb over anyone to get out. Late-night bathroom trips do not wake up the rest of the tent. Useful with kids, with a partner who goes to bed earlier, or just for airflow on a warm night.
Is it waterproof?
