Bad sleep ruins good trips. This self-inflating mattress closes the gap between camping and actually resting, with 4 inches of foam that does the work for you while you set up camp.

Self-inflating Camping Mattress

What it is

4 inches of foam between you and the ground.

A standard sleeping pad is 1 to 2 inches. This is closer to four. Open the valve and the open-cell foam expands on its own in a few minutes. Add a few breaths through the valve to dial in firmness, and you have a sleep surface that feels closer to a guest bed than a camping mat.

For real sleep, outside

Wake up rested. Pack up fast.

Roll, valve open, walk away. By the time the tent is up and the kettle is on, your bed is ready and waiting.

Why it works

Self-inflating Camping Mattress

Real foam, not just an air pocket.

Open-cell self-inflating foam holds shape under your weight and insulates you from cold ground. Unlike inflatable air mats, a slow leak won't dump you on the dirt overnight.

Self-inflating Camping Mattress

Hands-off setup.

Open the valve and the foam expands on its own in 3 to 5 minutes. Use that time on the tent or the fire. Top off with a few breaths if you want it firmer.

Self-inflating Camping Mattress

Sized for solo or couples, rated through fall.

Single fits a one-person tent. Double sleeps two adults or a parent and child. 3-season insulation means spring through fall above freezing, no problem.

Customer Stories

Trusted by people who actually use this gear

“We've tried three different air mattresses over the years and always ended up with sore backs by morning. Switched to the Double on this and honestly couldn't believe the difference, it actually feels like a real mattress. It's heavier to carry than our old air bed, but for car camping that has never once mattered to us.”

Rachel T.

“It fits in the back of my truck with room to spare, even at 4 inches thick. I slept better on it than I do on my guest bed and the valve held all night with zero leaks.”

Mike D.

“Got the Single for my son after our old air mattress kept deflating in the night. He hasn't complained about the ground once since we switched.”

FAQ

How long does it take to self-inflate?
About 3 to 5 minutes for the foam to fully expand. A few puffs into the valve will firm it up to your preference.
Is it warm enough for cold weather camping?
It's suitable for 3-season use (spring through fall). The 4-inch foam core insulates well above freezing but isn't rated for below-freezing temperatures.
Can I use it as a double if I bought two singles?
Yes. Two singles laid side by side work well in a larger tent.
How do I deflate and pack it?
Open the valve fully, then roll firmly from the foot end toward the valve. Air releases as you roll. Once compressed, close the valve and secure with the included straps.
Can it be used on rough ground?
The outer shell is durable enough for tent floors and most campsite surfaces. We recommend a ground tarp underneath on very abrasive terrain.
